MARVEL MONDAY: GUESS WHO?

Thought I'd mix things up a bit and draw a Marvel character that not too many folks may remember. Don't ask me if he's still around, that's why Google was invented and that's only if you can guess who this is. I'll even give ya a hint, it ain't Random from the old X-Factor books.
